We all know that D-line is a need and most everyone is saying T. Harris or Udeze or even Wilfork (don't like him btw) to fill those spots but I want to know who else you all would like to have if these were somehow not available...

For me:

Randy Starks DT - monstrously strong and they teach a thing or two to DT's at UMD
Darnell Dockett DT - one hell of a motor and played against the best competition every game; good Senior Bowl
Darrion Scott DE - productive; said to be a 'tweener type (we need help at DE and DT - hmmm sounds good)
Igor Olshansky DT - big guy; raw but ton of upside
Shaun Phillips DE - very fast; gets to QBs

Who do you like?

Starks or Dockett would be my first 2 choices as well.I'm not sold on Tommie Harris.

Any (yes I said A N Y ) of those guys would be fine. I'll add Babin and Ball to the list .......... My only problem is obtaining any of those guys with a high draft pick. If we could trade down to get two of them, to me that the way to go.

antwan odom is nice, LSU's marquise hill and chad lavalis will be in the mix with those players too.

I absolutely love Randy Starks, he is monstruosly strong (765 ib squat) and he is in a Kris Jenkins mold, I think he has the most potential of any DL in the draft, plus like Jenkins he is a UMD product, what is not to like? I think with Gibbs and Williams coaching Starks will be a star in 2-3 years. I also like Darrion Scott in the 2nd or 3rd rd. I think he is an aggressive, strong, DE that loves to get after the QB. Plus he could wind up playing a little DT. He would provide depth a long every spot of our weak DL.

I love Starks but only if we could trade down and pick him up along with another 2nd or even 3rd rounder.

Definitely big on Starks. It could happen if we trade down with Detroit's pick.....
