I can atually be really great with the redskins because my audibles and playmaker abilities are great. Just trung candidate sucks in madden. Plus they made ramsey really bad.

Haha, I thought this was gonna be a post about trade/draft possibilities after a Portis trade, not your Madden franchise. While we are on the subject of Madden though, Candidate was the NFL MVP in my franchise (but granted, that was playing on all-pro). Plus, once you have a few great years with Ramsey his stats really go up, I think he's like 95 or something in mine now. Ironically, I traded for Portis and was able to move up to all-madden and he's been the NFL MVP 2 years in a row now! That includes a couple undefeated seasons and superbowls too...now if only I could get Gibbs in the game as my coach!! :)

I think you're gonna have to trade for Sean Taylor though, unless the 3 buyers we have running things have a plan up their sleeve to take care of the d-line. Not sure what is going on in the front office now a days. Maybe ole Jose Quervo is joining in the meetings.

If we get Portis I hope we can focus on DL in FA and on SEAN TAYLOR for draft day!! If we can keep the 2nd round pick, I would love to have Jake Grove. Samuels, Jansen, Dockery, Thomas and Grove.... Great OL!!!!! I smell dirt again.

I still think Denver can budge. They seem reluctant to resign Portis since they haven't even offered him a contract and he's their best player, so wait out and see if maybe they'll take a 2nd rounder next year. If we do give away our 2nd round pick, we'll have to trade down and teams like Pittsburgh and Houston will be on the phone real quick. One for Taylor and one for Roethlisberger.
