Sam is the man! Got to meet Neal his rookie year. He was suppose to be signing autographs at JC Pennys. Funny thing, because no one knew who he was (other than Terp fans), there was absolutly no one there - great for me and my wife because we got to sit and BS with him for about 20 minutes. He was pretty cool!

This one was tough. I gave my vote to old Harold "Tank" McClinton. Just a sentimental pick. A tragic accident took his life at an early age.

Kurt Gouveia - he was allways with the ball

I went with Huff as well even though his better years were as a Giant. He retired and went into the Hall as a Skin and thats good enough for me.

Should have went with Huff but I picked Niel Olkowitz because of one play I will always remember him making. He made the very last tackle in the 1987 playoffs against Chicagos great Walter Payton. After all those yards sweetness amessed in his career he ended up about 1 yard short of a first down to keep the bears superbowl run going but it did not happen because of a great open field tackle made by Olkowitz. We upset the mighty bears for the second year in a row in Chicago and of course we went on to destroy John Elways Broncos in the Super Bowl. That is why I will always pick Niel Olkowitz as the best Middle Linebacker we ever had. Becuase I still am amazed that he was even able to get his hands on Walter let alone tackle him.

Huff, but almost went with Olke'. Huff's best years were with the hated G-men, but, he still held his own as a Skin. Olke was a beast but not as food as Sammy.
