Hmm...good question. I've heard TE Rasby, possibly Coleman, no longer Kleinsasseer (resigned with Minnesota)

I think a punter and maybe a few backups (OL, TE). That's about it.

This was said after the press conference with Washington:
``We're still working real hard because we've still got some key things to pursue,'' Gibbs said. ``I think it'll go into next week.''
Then when asked about the spending spree he said:
``It's not a three-year thing with me,'' Gibbs said. ``I've looked at everything, and I think we can keep our guys together. That's a big deal for me. If we get the right guys, I'm going to look into keeping them into their 30s, and I think we can do it.''
But Gibbs added:
``I flunked accounting.''

Couple that quote with Mark Brunell talking about how when he was with Gibbs at the hospital and the doctor said Gibbs is in a mellow state and Brunell thinks to himself, "Time to hammer out a contract," and I can't help but not chuckle.

I want coleman. comeon snyder sign him. I really don't want trade down i want either kenechi or sean taylor, preferably sean taylor. I think we should trade gardner for a draft pick. It's his last season and he sucks. WE need to trade him for a 2nd rounder and resign mccants so he can be our number three receiver. But, snyder is probably going to overlook mccants's talent and we're gonna end up with all names and no players.

From what I've read, Coleman is not really talking to anybody. I don't know how high he is on team's list. There are no anecdotes about him meeting coaches and such on ESPN or NFL.com, etc. Makes me think that since he is available right now we aren't so high on him. He is more of a situational pass rusher than a guy who will play the whole series of downs.

Just don't sign Deion Grant! He's not that good.. I'd rather keep who we have then sign him.. and that would mean NO Sean Taylor! DT a must, just don't overpay! :D :D

Any news about Rod Coleman? I heard something about him signing with Atlanta. Is that true?? I hope not. Any news about Berr also?? Or any other good DL available?

Snyder does not evaluate talent. His job is to sign the players that Joe Gibbs and the coaching staff want him to go get. If McCants is overlooked it will not be Snyder's fault. You can't blame every bad thing that might happen on him.
All these names, Griffin, Washington, Springs, and Daniels were chosen by the coaching staff. I heard Snyder say that he wasn't even in the room where they were grading free agents. All he does is go out, get them in, and sign them to contracts.

:goodpost: Ahhh.....a reasonable man with a reasoned thought out response.
Someone is becoming brainwashed reading all that anti-Snyder garbage put out by the media.
