For once, the ESPN Power Poll doesn't say something negative!
Hurray!
We moved up a spot from 25 to 24, and this is what was said:
"As disappointing as this season has been, the Redskins don't need to get that much better to be right in the playoff hunt in the NFC next season."
I hope they are right

I guess a win against Dallas will move the 'skins up one spot at least.

I didn't even know ESPN did a power poll. I tend to just read the world's most prestigious power poll and leave it at that. |

That is just the way I like it. No pressure from anyone. If we do it, we'll come out of nowhere. Then it'll look even more impressive. |

I think we could be one scary team in the playoffs. With our defense we can play with anyone. So I woud not want us to be in the playoffs

Maybe they are slamming us by implying that the NFC is weak and we don't need to do much to get in that playoff race, there implying that we are also weak?

I read it as they are complementing our team, not insulting the NFC. It may mean otherwise, but frankly, I don't care. |
