Heres the quote from the hit. I can't get the picture to upload...

Washington Redskins safety Matt Bowen (41) walks away after a crunching hit on Redskins running back Trung Canidate, left on ground, Wednesday, July 30, 2003, during training camp at Redskins Park in Ashburn, Va. Standing in background are Rashad Bauman (25), Fred Smoot, center, and Ricot Joseph (35). Redskins coach Steve Spurrier was not happy with the hit since it is just training camp. Looks like someone wants to make a name for himself. Well, that's the right way to do it--up to a point.

Here's the picture from the big hit. It must have been pretty impressive by the looks of the other guys in the back ground....

Man... nobody is helping Trung up. I like big hitters, but for crying out loud, save it for games. I like how Bowen said this defense has to be very physical and hit people this season.
