He's already had a couple of run-ins with the law, but there may be more trouble brewing for Bengals player Chris Henry.
Henry is now the subject of what prosecutors are calling an "alleged crime of a sexual nature."
No formal charges had been filed as of Wednesday evening.
Kenton County Chief Prosecutor Ken Easterling confirmed with 9News that the Covington Police Department is investigating Henry.

You really have to wonder what's going on in Cincinnati from a management perspective. Profootball talk had this to say:
THE GREATER CINCINNATI AREA IS OFFICIALLY UNSAFE
In recently discussing the Bengals' penchant for collecting players of questionable character, we recently made the following observation.
"Good news for the folks in and around Cincinnati -- your football team finally doesn't suck anymore. Bad news for the folks in and around Cincinnati -- we suggest staying indoors at all times."
Marvin Lewis never seemed the type to allow this, but maybe I missed something...

Yeah, the toilet bowl.
On a totally unrelated (yet still heartwarming) issue, did you see Pacman isn't showing up for workouts? Doesn't want to be a media distraction, he claims. Jeff Fisher is none too happy about it.
I'm so glad we took Carlos...

This team will never be a legitimate threat because of the clowns they keep bringing into their organization. They already cater to Chad like the brat that he is, these other guys are just throwing gas on the fire.
For a while I really wished Snyder had made Marvin Lewis our coach instead of Spurrier. While I still think Marvin would have been a vast improvement, I'm glad we didn't go that route either.

marvin is a solid coach and has made some solid personnel moves (assuming he has major input, which i believe he does now) but nobody is preparing his bust for canton when last i checked.
still, i think that gibbs has learned more and more about the type of player he wants. that kind of smarts comes only with experience. it is his growth as a coach and front office manager that is truly amazing. the only recent guy i can think of in his class is bill walsh

we were lucky that rogers was left to us... but i do not think the skins would have taken pac man had he been the last of the big 3 corners in last years draft. we would have gone in another direction.
there is a definite thread of high character guys being selected or signed as FA's.. there were enough red flags that gibbs would have looked elsewhere
