Honestly, if I'm another franchise in the NFL, I wouldn't hire this nincumpoop in any capacity, but that's just me. Regardless of the fact he seems like a genuinely good guy, this is the big boys league, and the general way he interacts with people would turn me off. You need to be able to respect your coach and frankly his personality is way too soft IMO for any professional athlete, other than maybe Tim Tebow, to really buy into. Fair or not, that's how I see it.

I wish him good luck though, he's an honorable guy. I just wouldn't be hiring him for anything higher than waterboy.

he's a pretty good qb coach.as an OC or head coach,he needs more training if he ever wants to be a head coach obviously.
