Default Nick Fairley

Arrested for driving 100 mph & DUI. Very stupid combination. Possession of marijuana in April.

He will either be suspended by the league, or the Redskins will front-load a $100 million contract for his services. Oh wait, Cerrato's gone. Never mind.

Just an 80 mil contract under Shanny lol.

This is why Fairley fell in the draft. He was top 5 talent(still is), but has a 7th round brain.

Teams that take chances on college players with a history of turdish behavior usually regret it. It works out on the odd occassion, but you are a lot better off eschewing those guys and drafting guys without those type of concerns.
Money and all the extra free time that being a pro brings (as well as the other temptations) usually does not make it more likely a guy will walk the straight and narrow.

I was very surprised that Jeff Fisher drafted Janoris Jenkins given his terrible experiences in Tennessee with Pac Man Jones. A lot of times, coaches think that they can change a guy. 9 times out of 10, they can't. Mike Shanahan fell victim to that line of thinking a number of times in Denver as well.

Detroit cannot say that they were not warned of Fairley's turdish tendencies.
I hope for his sake he gets his act together and grows up, but more often that not it doesn't happen until it is too late if it happens at all.
