I hope the league reviews the Dawkins "suplex tackle" on Cliff Russell. That was uncalled for...and it could have resulted in a serious career-ending injury for Cliff.
This "non-call" reminds me of the "non-call" when Wuerfull was body slammed last year...

What bothered me the most about that was no Redskins did anything. Where were our big offensive linemen? It reminded me of the Giants standing around like idiots while Joe Horn retrieved a cellphone from the goalpost padding. Why didn't someone whack Dawkins? So you get a 15-yard penalty. Big deal! You're getting your ass kicked anyway. This guy is flexing and posing after a hit like that and he's doing it in our home field. Where the hell was our great leader Jon Jansen on that play? Someone on the north side of 300 pounds should have sent Dawkins head first into the water coolers. I guarandamntee you that Russ Grimm would have done it.

I agree...someone should have stood up for him.
At least the Cowboys retaliate for disrespecting their 50-yard line Star. (Owens incident a few years back) You would think the offense would retaliate for an incident that could have destroyed one of their own.
Regardless...I would like the NFL to step up and make an example of Dawkins.

I agree guys.
But I've heard this quote too many times lately....
"Players tend to adopt the coaches personality". Which means to me that they have no fire inside of themselves...

I am in complete agreement. THAT is the problem There is no fire in the belly of this team. Lavar has it right. Snyder needs to find some blue collar workers....not stars....some "guys" who are hungry. Hungry and have an attitude.

It never mattered to me how my coach was, if someone f'd w/ my teammate I'd start throwin down. These players are a bunch of premadonnas when it comes down to things like this and coming up big in crunch time. Weak.

I even said in the stands that Cliff should have got up and whacked him. So what you get a 15 yard penalty, we're not going to the playoffs.

You're talking like we're supporting a team with some pride but anyways, the NFL has to review the roughing the passrer call on Arrington in the first game in Philly, then review Dawkins pulling a Chris Beniot, and guess what was called and what wasn't.

They need tp review this call as well as the hit on mcCants. The defender lead with his helmet (and knocked McCants helmet off) then he gave him a forearm to the face.
