Is it me or is this year proving to be particularly bad for First Round picks getting signed.
The Raiders, Bills and Niners all have started camps without their picks.

Orakpo has not signed and with Aaron Maybin playing hard ball with the Bills we could see a holdout in D.C.
Who like me feels that something needs to be done about this whole situation, Rookies should not be allowed to holdout as far as I am concerned. I am also not averse to creating a fixed pay structure for picks 1 thru 32 that raises incremently by a fixed % each year. I have never been happy that Rookies in the first can pull in more than 4 year vets.
