BYU teamates needed to stick up for their own. A good retaliation elbow smash to that girl's teeth is all it takes to knock her down a peg or two.

True, but it would take a clip of Materazzi's career highlights to match the stuff that crazy girl did in just that one match.
By the way, the referee(s) of that match should be suspended as well. How was she not sent off after the first or second play shown in the clip?

Most definitely Spicy. The Refs should be suspended as well. They could have put an end to it a lot earlier in the match. For them to miss so much is cause for action.
On another MB, they say that refs are less likely to give a female soccer player a yellow card than they do guys. This person covered soccer for a college and the home town newspaper. Don't know if its true, but it could be a reason. Still not acceptable though. |
