Default Redskins offensive player of the year for 2010?

Who do you think will be the Redskins OPoY?

I'm going with McNabb

Couldn't even begin to guess. Heck we don't even know how this system is going to work OR who is going to be in the back field OR who the wide outs are.
Then again McNabb does seem to be the only sure thing about the offense but he's got to stay healthy ...... enough said.

McNabb. If he doesn't produce and lead theree will be no OPoY. If he does then someone else may get it, but he would be recognized as the sine non qua.

i think mcnabb will completely go off with the two TE set. i think either cooley or davis is a good bet for offensive player of 2010. they're by far our best receivers, and k-shan loves TE sets - just look at owen daniels last year before he blew his knee out.

As critical as I have been, I think it needs to come from the running game if we are to win 9-10+ games... As such, I'll go with Portis.

I am going off the radar a little bit, they might not be the actual Offensive POY but a player that will go way above expectations.

Devin Thomas or Larry Johnson

I think Thomas could be in for a break out similar to Sidney Rice last year, and I think Larry will regain some form of his old self and will be called upon to carry the load if portis gets all concussion-y again.

I think whoever is the best on Offense will get this award in 2010.

I'm inclined to think it will be Cooley. He is consistently one of the top 3 players in terms of production on this team. This is assuming the running backs share quite a bit of the load. If Portis still gets the vast majority of the carries, it could very well be him.

In order for it to be McNabb, I have to believe he'd need to be a little bit more accurate than he has been in recent years before, but it's still safe to say that our season pretty much hinges on his performance.

im going with Clinton Portis, he is trying to prove people wrong who doubt him. yet those people never mentioned how his only really poor seasons were when he was seriously injured and had to go on IR. and this year he has actually put in the work at redskins park. after next week comes the longest void in the offseason until training camp and the world cup does not fill the void. people are willing to blame the oline for allowing jason campbell to get pummeled, but not for our RBs lack of success.

Santana Moss

sorry, I'm lying. Clinton Portis or a toss up between Cooley and Davis. Portis is out to prove something, I don't think he'll fail. Cooley and Davis just might be the best TE tandem in the league.

I think it's going to be the least expected person because that's just how life works. And nobody is less expected than Colt Brennan. Except maybe Rex Grossman lol. So, yeah, one of them.
