It's about time. Should have happened a year ago, but still plenty of time for the WC cycle. And we've got Mexico coming up, so we'll see what he's got pretty quickly.

I can only assume he would only take the job if he also gets to revamp our developmental program.

We actually saw a halftime adjustment that worked last night. Weird....

Some things never change so I thank the ref for earning FIFA's bonus by making an obvious call incorrectly in not giving a red card on a take down during a breakaway.

I really enjoyed last night. Not the best soccer, but I thought Klinsmann acquitted himself well, mixing things up and tinkering until he got something. Our attacking moves in the 2nd half looked impressive. Almost like it was a good thing to score in open play.

Jones was dreadful. Clark was worse. Buddle, lost. Beckerman got a lot of praise, but I didn't really see it, especially for a guy who will be 32 the next WC.

Loved Shea, Rogers, Agudelo.

I'd love to be able to see:

-----------Agudelo
----Shea-----Adu-----Donovan
---------Edu------Bradley
Lichaj--Bocanegra--Ream?--Cherundolo
-----------Timmy

And to get a look at that Chandler kid. Heard a lot of good things about him.

Even if Jurgen sucks as a manager, I hope he can get a good youth system in place. We've got to get some kind of better academy in order.
