Shanahan is all about competition.. I dont think Rocca is signed as of now, so we could draft a punter..as for kicker, Gano always looks a little shaky to me
and we play a lot of close games, and will likely continue to do so.. i cannot see going back to a guy like Rayner (i know he is currently on someone's roster) to give Gano competition, so a free agent or late round draft pick would be possible

edit: looks like Rocca IS signed, so NO i dont see us drafting a punter.. might add a FA to let Sav rest his leg some
