Its not like he could take the stand then claim that he was under an NDA. A subpoena/taking the stand supersedes the NDA. This issue was made famous in the movie the Insider about Jeff Wigand(who oddly enough was my neighbor once), he signed all sorts of NDAs with B&W and they talked a judge into issuing a restraining order to try and keep him from being deposed in a civil suit that Mississippi was bringing against B&W--then suing CBS for encouraging him to be deposed(tortious interference) so that they could broadcast his knowledge because the NDA blocked them basically from doing so. Wigand was deposed anyways, the Judge's order never was activated and CBS wasn't sued because they leaked the story to the WSJ-then there was no point in suing them since the genie was out of the bottle.

Nice interview with RGIII

link

On another note, Griffin has convinced a few receivers to work out with him in Waco, where he still has an apartment. If he can convince people to travel and hang out in Waco this time of year, he really has something special going for him.

I think the best part of the interview was him saying that Fletch should go and throw the first pitch.

btw, anyone see Darrell Green threw the first pitch last week? Awesome to see

How did Nike do? Does it fit similar to the older versions? Better feel/look?

Darker color, fits a little smaller than the Reebok version (hardly noticeable), but I love the mesh along the sides and it has a lightweight feel like they are using some of that underarmour technology. The numbers seem a little smaller, but I have a replica and not an authentic.

I like it!

Was it the alternate jersey or the traditional one? Congrats again!

BTW, anybody knows how many workouts RG3 and the WRs will do? How many days? If I remember correctly, the rookies will report again in 4-5 weeks.

Default RG III and Receivers do own passing camp

I know the hype continues and certainly there can be over-saturation.

But this kid continues to impress with his leadership to go with his skills.

My expectations are low for this season, but so far this kid is doing all the right things.

Yet another article talking about the leadership skills and the intangibles RG3 brings to our team, hopefully what the author writes about comes to fruition.

Funny commercial, terrible game. What a waste of money this game turned out to be.
