Is there some specific reason you're being so contentious? Up until "I'm sorry you don't understand this" I thought I was having a simple conversation about potential rationale for NBA trade rumors. It seems I was wrong...

Ernie is such a douche. He cannot go one draft without selecting a some what talented Euro-baller who has no jump shot. Just can't help himself.

C'mon man! Ernie is just KILLING me with these $&#% Euro players.
First he passes on Rubio, then he drafts all these Eastern Euros that never amount to SQUAT.
I mean he had his pick of Doron Lamb, Draymond Green, Kim English, Quincy Miller, Mike Scott, and we get THIS! It's like he just did not want to have to sign another pick his year.
We are DOOMED under Ernie.

Soo believable its unbelievable.
Ernie goes with another european project with high value prospects left on the board.
Just when we finally rid ourselves with Vinny this joker emerges.
We can't fire him soon enough.

He is a mfer. Sorry mods but I just can't bear that mfer ernie grunfeld anymore. Why Ted extended him is beyond me. He is a failure and none of his euroballers have done squat in the NBA, but hey he's one eurotrash closer to starting a chain of international house of bramboraks. Bravo Ernest, I hope your passport disappears mysteriously while your scouting Igor Hunchbakonov next season! FIRE!

Grunfield is, by far, the most incompetent GM in this city. Having said that, ripping him for his second round pick is silly.

Yeah I would have liked to have gotten either Lamb to back up Wall or Draymond Green. I especially wanted Green. I've liked him since this past year in college, and quite honestly I think he was really underrated going into the draft. He's going to be a stud in the league...... The Warriors got the steal of the draft.
I'm tired of Ernie getting these Euro players. It's just plain BS. First of all, there's no telling when, and if, the guy ever comes over to play for us. Second of all, they're just plain risks. There was so much value left in the second round, and Ernie had to waste it.

When you can tell which drafted players will be studs and which will be busts you can rip a GM the day he makes his draft picks. The overwhelming majority of 2nd round selections don't pane out anyway.

When you suck like the Bullets, why would you throw away any chance to get better? Even if your chance of success is small....Especially a HIGH 2nd.
Here are some 2nd round picks who worked out pretty well:
- Rashard Lewis
- Carlos Boozer
- Dennis Rodman
- Manu Ginobili
- Even Agent Zero

Obviously he doesn't think he is throwing away a chance at getting better. He thinks he is picking the player with the best chance to develop into a starter. He probably isn't getting that because the 2nd round is a crap shoot and his track record of incompetence, but I guarantee you we couldn't do any better making picks in the 2nd round of the NBA draft.
