Didn't Terry Gilliam already make it into a movie?

unlike this stuff, mine is ALL true... if only 25 % of it makes it into print after I am gone, it will make for one of those bodice ripping Fabio style romance novels..even if I bear absolutely no resemblance to Fabio

it has been a great ride, is all i can say, and for now, it is still rolling along

What I love even more is when people claim not to care what goes on in other countries and then cite what goes on in other countries in support of their position. Was the irony intentional?

Um sure. You've added nothing to the discussion so far, so why start now?

First you come on here in a discussion about Prostitution and tell us you don't give a damn about what other countries do. Then when the issue shifts back to placing reasonable gun restrictions that do not impede the right of gun ownership you post a picture that cites some facts about the Swiss...totally ignoring that they have the very reasonable gun restrictions being discussed.

My sense is that your refusal to respond to my last post has more to do with not wanting to continue to make yourself look like an ass and less to do with "the best I could come up with".

So, it's a problem for some folks to have more filters in place to own guns and buy ammo? Is it because those folks feel like it will be the beginning of the end, or they don't want a "DMV" between them and a gun?

Scary that copycats are out there. I do admit I'm not looking forward to going back to the theater anytime soon. I realize my chances of getting hurt in a movie theater shootout are minuscule, but its is still in the back of my head.

Violence will always be part of our society, but I'm tired of it... Rather than complain, I am going to attend a vigil at the Sikh Center in my community.

I don't know how you solve for the mental illness that would lead someone to do this. I'm FOR gun control for military grade weapons, but I am also fine with gun ownership. Restrictions won't eliminate violence.

Its sad.

No, but it'd make it harder to act on. I also think it's ridiculous that there isn't any type of mandatory training involved before buying a gun, and in many states you don't even need to register them.
