Gibbs meeting w players on yesterday

I just heard that Gibbs met with the players yesterday and said that he does plan to coach next year. He further said that he is looking for those guys that want to be here next year. "Do your job and with these last few games, we'll determine who wants to be a Redskin next year", said Antonio Pierce about Gibbs speech.

I think that he has seen and witnessed some people not being serious abut thier jobs because it shows on the field. I'm sure he's kinda tired of it and he's looking for the real ballers now.

Doc Walker said on Monday that he believes that all off season acquisitions will be made on the offensive side of the ball. the D needs nothing.

Having written that statement by Doc, we as fans must give Joe and company breathing room on offseason moves they make.
For example:
It seems mighty funny how many of you were fussing and hollaring about the Defense last year saying "Our DLine Sucks, and "We're gonna have to use the draft to get some d lineman". You never gave the guys that Gibbs brought in a chance, now those same guys that Joe brought in have done very well for us on the D line. NOW it's the offense and the offensive line that is having the biggest problems. Samuels was the only talk last offseason on the oline. I say he's not worth 12mil...let him go.
