Phillip Daniels has changed my mind a bit about him and now that I get reinerated to his injuries, and on the treadmill before kickoff, playing with two injuries, a lot of players would balk at, I have to give it up to him, though I picked LaVar this week, with MB second, it is clear, THIS TEAM, IS THE TEAM!

Other Across The Board
I have to give this to three guys on the offense, Clinton Portis, Derrick Dockery, and Mike Sellers. Clinton Portis not just for his well timed runs and the great catch on the sideline, but his blocking and tackling. He may be the most underated blocking back in the NFL, if not the best. He was stopping Jevon Kearse and other high powered rushers in their tracks. He also saved the game in my opinion. By making that tackle before halftime after the Brunell fumble, he saved seven points. If he didn't do this it would have been a field goal difference at the end of the game and who knows wat wold have happened if the pressure to get a TD was off McNabb. I give it to Dockery because he made the recovery. It was not just that he was smart enough to fall on it, but that he was even in a position to do such a thing. That play was 15 yards downfield and he put himself in a position to save the game. Good job. I give it to Mike Sellers because of the second effort he gave on the TD run. He was stopped on the first try, but fought extra to get the six. Also, anyone who can truck Brian Dawkins deserves my game ball.

Call me biased, but you are missing a very important selection in your poll, and I am suprised no one has mentioned it in this thread. If there ever was an "other" that would be the MVP for this game, it would be the player who won the Week One MVP - the 12th Man. It should be a viable candidate whenever the place rocks like it did Sunday night.
I am serious here, folks. In a "team" win where there wasnt one particular player performance that stood above the rest (just as in week one), the difference was the fans - PERIOD. Today's Washington Post mentioned that FedEx is "louder than ever", and there is a reason for that. From the "Eagles Sucks" chant (that was clearly audible on the television broadcast) to the deafening roar before the Eagle's final fourth down snap, we trucked the Eagles ear drums just as badly as Sellers trucked Dawkins.
WE get my vote for this week's MVP. Great work, everyone - but we are just getting started.

I vote Cooley. Career day, some clutch plays. I can forget about the fumble since we didn't lose it. Brunell would be my #2.

I would say Brunell, but perhaps more than any other this season, this was a team victory.
