Shaq to the Kings?
Jim Gray just said that the Maloofs confirm that they have had discussions. That would be interesting, very interesting.

That's what is sick about the Kings, their depth. Even if they gave up those 3, they'd still have Divac, CWebb, Bibby, and Bobby Jackson to surround Shaq with...no SF -- maybe they'd deal Vlade for one, but a hell of a lot of talent.

Bobby Jackson would be on the trade list as well, and CWebb wont be healthy for another six months.

this seems VERY unlikely to me...it'd be like us pulling a trade to send portis to dallas...the kings and lakers don't get along

I thought Jim Gray say that Shaq himself said he wanted to go to the Kings. And i DO remember him calling them the Queens. I'd say Dallas will win the Shaq lottery, dealing Nash, Finley, and one or two more players.

They were saying during the draft that maybe Kobe would opt to team up with Duncan in SA if Shaq went to Dallas, since it looks like next year's main plot line is shaping up to be a pissing contest between Shaq and Kobe to see who is better without the other.

Wow didn't hear that about Kobe. I'd be surprised if he went to San Antonio, he wants to be the go to guy for some team, and Duncan is the man in SA.

Yeah, he definitely wants to be the main gun, but I wonder if his spite for Shaq might drive him to hook up with Duncan.

i'll take shaq and nowitzki over duncan and kobe for the next couple years at least...the mavs could look VERY interesting next year
Shaq
Dirk
Finley/Walker
Howard
Harris
with stackhouse coming off the bench...i'd actually rather see stack and laetner traded so we can go after some of these free agents

Howard? Who's Howard? Juwan Howard? He doesn't play SG. He's like 6'9"! And Finly plays SG, not SF
