DE Hugh Douglas CUT
DE Hugh Douglas was just cut today by the Jagaurs. Should the Skins bring him in for a work out if he is coming cheap?

only if he is cheap, keep in mind he couldnt do anything with Marcus Stroud and JOhn Henderson playing next to him. I could probably get a couple sacks playing next to them.

"Cordova suffered a major knee injury in training camp two weeks ago and was lost for the season. He was selected in the third round of this year's draft and was expected to be a pass-rush specialist. The release of Douglas would've clearly provided a lot of playing time for Cordova."
without brackens and without cordova, i'm surprised they'd release douglas if there was any chance he'd be any good. either this is a clear cut example of a cap casualty, or maybe he just cant get it done anymore.

After watching out DEs last week, bring him in for a workout.
If we don't blitz, we have 0% chance at a sack.

Gotta hand it to the Eagles. They really seem to know when to release their guys. Let's not make the same mistake we made with Trotter.

No . . because once again, Coach has seen what he has and it would take extraordinary circumstances to bring in and sign a veteran like Douglas. As Spence said: "He's done" . .
