Default Hambrick trade to Zona

Quote:
HAMBRICK, ZELLNER TRADED TO CARDS
The Arizona Cardinals have acquired running back Troy Hambrick and defensive end Peppi Zellner in a trade with the Raiders, in exchange for an undisclosed conditional 2005 draft pick.

Hambrick, a former Cowboy, will serve as the backup to Emmitt Smith, another former Cowboy.

As we reported on Monday, Hambrick walked out of Raiders camp and would have been released. Published reports state that Hambrick was missing from practice on Monday, and the team explained that he was absent for "personal reasons."

But anyone who frequents this here site knows otherwise.
Better than to Philly!

He's got a better chance starting in zona then in oakland, there stacked at running back! They got zeroque, wheatley, fargas, and zack crockett. You'd think they' want betts rather then hambrick

Oh man Hambrick is a fool. He wanted to be the starter in Dallas in front of Emmitt, and now he finds himself being his backup again in ARIZONA.

Seriously, was he born stupid or did he work at it? Next thing you know they'll cut Larry Fitzgerald and trade for Joey Gallosuck.

i think he wanted another RB with starting experience to back up emmit... losing their starter from last year didn't help any.

if he wanted a back with experience, he shouldve signed james stewart.

A backup RB can't save the cardinals, if they actually have any fans I feel so sorry for them.

good thing they have the lowest fan base in the league... you'd probably hear a lot of complaining since they lost their best receiver and starting RB from last year.
