Gibbs comfimed this in his press conference. They are both going to need surgery. Morton on his knee and Lott on his pec.

i figured that yesterday when i heard of their injuries. lott's injury is more troublesome than morton's IMO. we just cannot afford anymore injuries to the defense, let alone the secondary.

IMO I think it's time to shut down Barrow we could use that roster spot more than ever with all our injuries

Both Morton and Lott will create roster spots. I agree, shut Barrow down now.

I actually stood right beside him (Barrow) and Pierce outside of the security office after the game while they were looking over the stat sheet. I wanted to ask Barrow what was he looking for.

Even if we put Barrow on IR, who exactly are we gonna bring in at this point that will make much of a difference? Barrow, Lott, and Morton makes three... so, what, we'll have three more CFLers on the roster?

It hurts to lose Lott, I had liked what I'd seen of him in limited play this season. I admire Chad Morton for his guts and character but he should not have a place on this team next year, I think yesterday was sadly the last time he will put on a Skins jersey, but I wish him good luck.

ok, that was just a joke... but as I reflect on our QB play, I realized that it wasn't very funny.

Hindsight is 20/20 IB. Of course if we knew we were going to be in trouble at the S position they would have held on to him.
I'm with Lady on this one, I knew yesturday that it was probably going to be lights out for both.
Morton, I can deal easier. Thrash on PR and Betts on KO returns...
Heck, I wonder if B Mitch would come out of retirement for the remainder of the year?

ouch that hurts the secondary with the loss of lott. now we need yet another player to step up and fill that hole. hey maby this is a good time for taylor to step up and establish himself as a leader back there. maby this will help him mature faster as he will now get most of the load back there now.
