That's the rumor. I can neither confirm or deny it.

I would say we'll miss him but I can't really remember him ever being on the field.

Keep him and when he can play, play him. He is responsible for scat backs like Barber, having a hard time getting outside, and limiting the QB's visibility or having time to make a play. That allows Griffin, Saleva', and LB's/Sefeties to have a lane to the QB!!!!
Yes, we'd be stuck with him next season, but when he's back once again (without the injury voodoo), He's gets good push at the QB and no worse than a very solid rotational DE. In fact, adding a DE that's even more effective, means we could rotate Daniels with Wynn constantly, getting even more pressure on QB's and still stopping the outside and between the tackles runs.

Well, hey from what little I saw of him this season and yesterday he's not bad. He did have a decent sack and he was getting major push off the line. Let's keep him and see what he can do when healthy. I still think we need a speedy Javon Kearse type of guy. I say we make one big FA signing-John Abraham to be exact.

I dont think he is a good fit, I've heard he has attitude problems and takes plays off.

OL and perhaps one WR will get high consideration in our draft.
However, I think it is time we start to draft one or two promising DE's and get some youth and speed at that position. Also, Wynn is going to cost $4 mill this year and no way he is worth that. Daniels shows us a little sparkle but mostly has been injured. He might be good for one more year with us, but the future is with some new DE talent.
