WR David Boston
What do you guys feel about exploring a trade for WR David Boston from the Dolphins.
I know he has some character concerns but he is an elite level WR.
Pros:
Size
Speed
Recieving Skills
Cons:
Character
I know that Gibbs doesn't like guys with character concerns but he is a good Wr that will come cheap because San Diego had to eat his signing bonus when they traded him.
Is it worth exploring a trade?

The Cons seriously outweighs the Pros. He has been nothing less than a major dissapontment since his standout season in 2001.
No Thanks...

I think he has worse character issues than Moss. This guy is a bonafide grade A cancer.
Another con you should have put in there was injuries. He's missed the past two seasons with debilitating ailments. The guy will always be injury prone anyway since hes on the juice.
An easy no on this one.

Considering he's not gonna play the first few games of 2005 because of substance abuse, I don't think he's worth much

I got two big cons:
He will miss the first four games thanks to Steroid suspension
He's coming off a major knee injur.

No thanks. My brother is a Dolphins fan and would give him up for a cup of chewing tobacco spit.

Would Rod Gardner suffice?
Hell they took sage rosenfels and Darius Thompson, they might take Gardner for Boston.
I'd do that.

Boston won't be as good without steriods, and coming off a knee injury, I don't like the sound of that.

Who needs Albert Conn.....I mean David Boston? He's a waste of talent! I'd trade Kevin Lockett for him.
