Default This playoff system is strange

We all know that the highest the wizards can get is the 4th seed probably, but the whole eastern conference is weird. philadelphia, who is 17-20, is the 3rd seed, over 23-15 detroit(as of right now). if they lose one, and boston wins one, then boston will be the 3rd seed, which is a jump from no playoffs to 3rd seed with one win. also if the wizards go to the 6th seed, we will probably face a team that we can easily beat in the playoffs, which will probably be in the atlantic divison. maybe someone has said this before, but this whole system is strange

Not really. Top three seeds go to the division winners. And the homecourt for prespective opponents are based soley on record, not seed.

what you mean to say is that the eastern conference sucks, hence you get scenarios where one day your out and the next day your a third seed.
