Is Bush Still Against Gay Marriage?
What will Mr Bush's base think of him kissing a man? Not just a man, but a Democrat! And not just a man Democrat, but a Jew!!
Won't someone think of the children?!?!

No No No. You misunderstood it. That either means that Mr. Leiberman should be expecting a horse head in his bed or Virginia needs another new plate. How they'll fit "Virginia respects rich oil family guys from political machines who love jews" on a plate but I'm sure we'll figure something out.

That would be a little too French for W.

Oh, relax. I never suggested Mr Bush dislikes Jews. I know that in the early 1990s he apparently told his mother that Jews could never go to Heaven and his alarmed mother sent Reverend Billy Graham over to straighten him out. As far as I know, that's the one and only incident of Mr Bush flirting with anti-Semitism. In the White House he's made numerous efforts to court American Jews. They haven't worked very well, but he's been awfully polite.
If you'll have another look you'll notice the post referred to "Mr Bush's base," by which I meant the evangelical Christians who go on about the Rapture and 140,000 Jews [or some number like that] converting to Christianity on the Day of Judgement and the rest of Jewry--not to mention evil liberal Christians such as myself--burn in Hell for an eternity.
I've no idea what happens to conservative Catholics. Maybe they get into heaven on a technicality, but have to sit in the back of bus on the way up there. Dave might have some ideas on where he fits in.

I think it all depends on how you voted doesn't it. A vote for Bush is your ticket into heaven.

This is what Lieberman is saying about it: "I was surprised. I extended my hand and he was good enough to give me a manly embrace."
Now, if I was in 4th grade I know what I would say to that:
"Manly embrace. Teeheehee."

Let me tell you a little something Spence you got this one all wrong, none of us are to say who goes to haven and who does not, one thing and one thing only will get you in and its not your faith its gods most important rule " do on to others as you would have them do on to you" thats it thats the list. im glad you go to church because like myself you are someone who needs it, know start to listen.

I guess that means Dave would get into heaven. I guess the question he has to ask himself is this:
Does a conservative, divorced, promiscuous, porno-lovin' Republican Catholic want to spend eternity in heaven with a bunch of snake-wigglin' speakin' in tongues baby jesus evangelists who think it is a sin to be alone in a room with a woman who is not your wife?

Ok i see you are just going for effect on this one, if you really are a christain you also know not to judge. Just so you know i try to be an evangelist every day, you might think you have to jump up on a soap box and tell all the world about god but that is not the case, its smileing, holding doors open for others helping out when you can for your fellow man that is gods work.
