Typical offseason thread: How many wins next year?
Thought I would try to get some conversation started since its so difficult to find any news about our beloved Redskins.
Predict the Redskins W/L record.
1. New York Jets
2. @ Atlanta
3. New York Giants
4. New England
5. @ Philadelphia
6. Tampa Bay
7. @Buffalo
8. BYE
9. @Dallas
10. Seattle
11. @Carolina
12. @Miami
13. New Orleans
14. @New York Giants
15. Dallas
16. @Chicago
17. Philadelphia

2003 record
Every time I look at the schedule, I keep coming up with 10 wins. The way I see it, the first seven games will be the deciding factor for the season. If the Skins can get through those seven with 4 - 3 record, I believe we will go on to win 10 which will all but gaurantee a playoff spot, and maybe the division, ( with tie - breakers ). After the first seven, the Skins get what appears now, a little break with Dallas, Seattle, and Carolina. Last game at Home against the Eagles could be for the Division.

I agree with ya SpearFeather. I can see us going 5-2 thru the first 7 games. Atlanta, Philadelphia and the TB are the games that worry me a little. But, I think we'll beat one of those teams.
Miami, Giants and the Eagles are the one I worry about in the second half.
I see us going 10-6 or 11-5.

:? 9-7
And only because of the tough-tough schedule. I think we would normally be more like a 10-6 or even a 11-5 team.
I just hope I'm wrong or we could still make wild-card at 9-7.

Give the Rat Boy his Props :!: He's got it just about right :!:
10 - 6 and yes, the last game with the "Igles" will be very important.
10 -6 is not an impossibility - I know it's all talk about what's on paper, but two keys determine reality :
1. Healthy players -
2. Continuity -
I sense the "D" doesn't go down as much as some pundits predict because Coach Edwards fits the scheme to the players; and, the "O" shows solid improvment due to the "Old Ball Coach" learning from his mistakes of last year. The talent is definitely there :!:
