Warpath Magazine
I just subscribed to the Warpath newspaper, which is a Redskins newspaper. I was just wondering if anyone else here is a subscriber, and do you enjoy it?

I used to get it ryflan47, I liked it a lot, decent articles, insiders opinions but not a "homers" opion mind you. I just got tired of always getting my subscriptions late and found HR at about the same time, so i no longer subscribe. But oddly enough I found this website from visiting WarPaths, so I'm all for the magazine.....lol.

I agree with Eric on the late part.It never arrived on the week in question.
Needless to say,I've dropped them like a hot potato and don't wish to return.

I have been a subsciber for years now, and like it alot, but like what NCskinsfanatic and Axegrinder said, I too use to get them late alot of times, but it has been better getting them on time lately.

I subscribed for several years but had similar experiences with the information being quite dated by the time it arrived. It was well written and researched. Good home team articles....the kind the Post and Times SHOULD do bo no longer do. The Post prefers harping on the negative and seldom reports positive stuff.
With access to the internet, the paper version of Warpath is just too slow for my information taste. I can get almost immediate feedback on how the Skins are doing by reading reports from fellow Redskins fans on message boards like this one. I can even quiz the author for more information or clarification. Even Redskins.com updates us on status of most news with 24 hours or less.
With internet access, it's no longer useful to me.

They do have some good info, especially with the "insider stuff." So, if these sites aren't enough, you may wanna consider it.

Seems to be the reality of the print media in general. I use to get the USA Today every monring with my coffee at work, but now, I never even hardly touch anewspaper, because the news media Internet sites are up to date by the minute, plus the human perspective of forums and message boards make the news even more interesting, cuasing you to quiz and question your own opinions.
