Awesome write up Dustin. The overall hero in my mind for the game was Gibbs and the entire team. They all wanted this game, it just didn't seem like that for the first 3 1/2 quarters, but I will take that W at the end of the day. Especially since it was over the 'girls.

Is this what 2-0 feels like? I love it.

Awesome write-up, really took care of all the important parts of the game.

Excellent write up!!!
I'd also like to mention REDEMPTION for a history of cursed defeats.
The "No Timeout For You" that kept us out of the play-offs in '79.
The 21 pt. blown 4th qtr lead in 99.
The Monday Night collapse in '83.
The Clint Longley WHO? Debacle on Thanksgiving day '74.
The Pat Creighton WHO? bomb last year.
The can't even run out the clock Davis fumble in '01.
The troy f'ing aikman 97 yard drive + 2 in '97.

The Curse HAS BEEN REVERSED!!!

The Novak play reall stands out for me. You expect big plays and big hits from your starting QB/#1 WR and ST, respectively.

From a rookie kicker in his first game to make a game saving tackle on a great speedster? Amazing. That play really earned him a lot of respect in my book.

Excellent article, as always!!!!

The only thing I kinda didnt agree with was your assesment of using Cooley in the offense. Cooley couldnt do anything b/c he was covered like a rug the whole game. Defenses know they have to cover him. But I think the fact they had to cover cooley, is part of what allowed our receivers to get open and run deep.

I think Cooley (and Portis for that matter) will have a great game against Seattle. Seattles defense isnt that good, and you had better beleive they are going to be playing deep and covering moss like a rug.

Flawless, thorough analysis of the game CNY!
I usually am quick to read your article's but this week I wanted to wait until the emotions faded down to read it more objectively and I cannot find a single thing I disagree with. Keep up the great work!
