"Redskins overhauled their scouting office, and included is a former Redskins QB. These positions are replacing the recently fired Ron Nay. Hired were; Marcus Dupree and former Redskins QB Cary Conklin. Former Redskins LB coach Foge Fazio returns as a Special Assistant in the Scouting Department. Mike Kelley was also hired as a Pro Scout. This complete the scouting shakeup after the termination of Exec VP Joe Mendes and Director of Scouting, Ron Nay. "
