Default Smoot under the scope

This year will eb a big year for Fred Smoot. After a decent rookie year, Smott waqs pretty lackluster last year, and a few things can be to bl;ame for that. First, Smoot's attitude suffered under DC Marvin Lewis. There was no secret that the two did not get along. Second, Smoot's back was supposedly troublesome all year. Combining a scheme he did not care for or was suited for with back troubles and tension with the top defensive coach, and what you get isa spotlight year fro Smoot. Teams will eb going out of there way to throw directly at Smoot. If he wants to contineu to play in DC and wants to continue to be labeled as a kid with great potential and one of the better CBs int he NFL, then this is the test year. Smoto must rebound. If he does not, dont be surprised to see Alex Molden opposite Champ bailey.

I honestly belive he is gona want way too much money here soon anyway, I really like Smoot but he does need to bring his game up about 3 notches to match what he is gonna ask for. Thaqt is atleast what I expect ( that he will want to make up for not being a first round pick)

If Smoot wants big money then let some other team pay for him. He aint no Darrell Green or Champ Bailey, that's for sure.
