How did the two recent PR signings play yesterday?

I heard Aki's name after a tackle during the game.

I thought they filled in nicely. Aki Jones did get some pressure.

On thing that really impressed me is that after Brunell took a hit on one play, Johnson came flying over to his QB to make sure he was ok. Great team win. Great attitude with the players on the field.

I noticed that Royal wasn't around.

He didn't deserve to be around.

Stats: Aki had a tackle.

I like Royal a lot, but I can't argue with that statement. I think a message was sent that you have to bring your game consistently. No excuses. Hopefully Royal can work his way back and contribute to this team.

I mentioned Robert Johnson last week. I really like this guy, and it seems that the only knock on him is that he is "injury prone." But really he's only been hurt twice. He has great hands to top off his size and blocking skills. He is far better than Royal or Koz, and I hope he gets the start next week. Aki Jones played better than Phillip Daniels and is making about as much this season as the check that Daniels picked up last week.

Yes. He didn't look as big as I remember him in preseason.

Between Robert Johnson's number (67) and physique, he looks to me like he's an offensive lineman down there.

He very well might be with the way Gibbs likes his tight ends sized. For the most part, they do a similar job as a lineman block anything and everything. Johnson is an intriguing prospect at te.

The funny thing about last nights game was that Kozlowski started the game and I dont think he played much after that. I saw Rob Johnson on the field all day.

I don't know how he is possible on the team. He only contributed negatively last year, he is a 36 year old TE that isn't particularly big with bad hands. IMO he is a waste of a roster spot. I like royal although he looked bad last week but so did the rest of the team so i don't see why he is singled out. i think he might be hurt or something.

Royal was listed as questionable throughout the week so it made sense to bring Johnson up from the PR. I didnt think that Gibbs was going to go into such a big game with Kozlowski and Sellers as his primary TE's.

Kozlowski is a wasted roster spot that could be used on a DB or Wideout in my opinion. He is horrible. He cant catch, and he cant block. Why is he still on the roster I ask?!?
