Top 5 worst Skin's moves
5) Drafting Desmond Howard (insert Shuler if you like)
4) Cutting Brian Mitchell
3) Not keeping Art Monk for the tail end of his careerl
2) Leaving RFK
1) Not blowing up Cowboys Stadium every time they are in town...
I'm 22, so i can't really go that far back, maybe you people can help out with some more.

If we're just talking personnel decisions then drafting Heath Shuler tops the list. No question about it. Nothing else comes close. Otherwise, I think both Charley Casserly and Richie Petitbon were treated very shabbily. [Ironically, Casserly was the one who treated Petitbon shabbily.]
During home games, however, I think I can speak for most of us at the stadium when I say the biggest screw-up by far is playing those godawful commercials on the jumbotron at earsplitting volumes instead of letting the greatest marching band in the world do their stuff.

Yeah, I really hate the fact that they don't let my wife play as much as she and the rest of the band would like to.

I dont think drafting Shuler was a big mistake everone in the league had him rated that high same for Howard.
here is my list
1. Cutting B.Mitchell
2. Signing Deion
3. Choosing Norv over Casserly
4. Hiring Marty
5. Not Keeping Trent Green or Brad Johnson until we could draft P.Ramsey

Personally, hiring Norv Turner would be up there on my list, along with Shuler, J. George and Deion.

Deion..the fans knew this was bad but Synder wanted a name
Gilbert(coming to the team) when he left it was one of the best
Keeping Norv as long as they did
Firiing Richie for Norv after one year
Monk leaving
