for those of you interested.

Thanks to all that gave out well wishes and prayers to my mother on her surgery. She came out just fine. There was a small scare when her heart stopped after the surgery in the ICU, but a team of cardiac doctors rushed to her side and she was fine. (she didn't even know what happened til the next morning)
She is now home, and I flew the 2500 miles or so back home safely as well.
