Default Coles on Trading Block

per KFFL

Jets | Team could move Coles
Sat, 2 Sep 2006 06:41:12 -0700

John Clayton, of ESPN, reports the New York Jets could possibly trade WR Laveranues Coles in an effort to upgrade their wide-receiver position. Clayton expects the Jets to be a very busy team this weekend.
Looks like Coles wasn't satisfied with his new house...he wants to build a Jacksonville version of Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch.

Ugh, I guess renounce my stance on making fun of the abused. Sorry Coles, but you bring this on yourself.

I think it's just pretty evident that Coles really is only an average receiver now. He was better than that when he first came in the nfl but I think now he really is just an everyday regular receiver.

Coles needs to be a #2. Put a top 8 WR opposite him and he'd be an above-average #2 receiver, FWIW.

Coles won't fix his toe, so he gets what he gets. Ha!

And to just think he was our homerun #1 threat 2 seasons ago.

i was wondering if Jax had a need for receivers as well.. he definitely needs to play on a grass field and i thought about that when he first went to the jets
he should be able to add another wing to his palace if the bonus gets accellerated
