An incredible performance this past wednesday against Olimpia. A 4-1 thashing on foreign soil. Christian Gomez is just plain sick. His first goal was world class. Looks like Emilio might make us forget trading Eskandarian away. The team looks good and focused. Could this be another run towards the Cup? The return match is this thursday at RFK.

Was the Olimpia match televised? I had it marked on my calendar but completely forgot about it.

The season already looks like its going to be a good one. I hope Soehn can do a better job keeping the guys focused than Nowak did.

It was on Fox Soccer Channel. So is this thursdays game but screw that, go to the stadium instead. Party with the Barra!

Hell of a game against Olympia. I'm eagerly anticipating the arrival of Casal, but I think we still need some more depth in defense, and another striker because Moreno, Emilio, and Walker are not enough to last an entire season (especially one where we are in 4 competitions).

A cold rainy night last night but the game was good. Emilio is a badass, could be the target forward we've been waiting for. Up next, Chivas (the mexican team, not MLS) on the 15th. If we get past them we'll be one team away from the World Cup Club Championships.

One of the biggest games in DC United's history will be this thursday night at RFK. The team needs as many United fans as possible out there cheering them on against Chivas. Hope you all can make it.

The lower bowl is sold out on ticket master. This one's gunna be big. If you go to one game all year it should be this one (not counting the playoffs and MLS Cup final of course).

Has the soccer season started?

How does United look for this season?

The MLS regular season starts in April. This tournament is the Concacaf Cup seperate from MLS. D.C. United should be heads up on the rest of the MLS teams once the regular season starts as we've already been playing as a team longer already this season. Conditioning is also a big part and we should be in a good position there as well. The atmoshere should be rocking this Thursday night! If you've never attended a game, tomorrow would be the time!!!!!
