In the 10th round of my First 2007 Fantasy Football Draft
So I play in a league in which we draft about a week after the NFL draft, followed by a Supplemental Draft in August (Which allows for adjustments based on what happens in between May and August). This is a highly competetive league with experienced owners......We are in the 6th year of this league.
Anyway, Check out my team so far and tell me what you think.

9.2 - Phillip Rivers - QB - SD
RB
1.2 - Steven Jackson - RB -STL
3.2 - Edgerrin James - RB - ARZ
5.2 - Jamal Lewis - RB - CLE
8.11 - DeShaun Foster - RB - CAR
WR
2.11 - Torry Holt - WR - STL
4.11 - Lee Evans - WR - BUF
6.11 - Santana Moss - WR - WSH
11.2 - Devery Henderson - WR - NO
TE
10.11 - Heath Miller - TE - PIT
DEF

I like your RB stable.
Your WRs, with the exception of Holt, have to hope for good years from their QBs. I'm really hoping Moss has a great year.
I like Matt Hasslebeck.

12th TE taken. About Face Value as he was tied for the 12th ranked TE in our league last year. I actually would have rather had McMichael, but I can't have my line-up being dependent on 3 players from the same team.

Thanks to 1 46 Point game Lee Evans was the 3rd ranked WR in our scoring last year. I think he has great upside, and the reason I think he's a solid WR2 is because he has nobody thats going to steal passing targets from him and he is a big play guy.
I also think that Moss will have year more like 05, but that's admitedly a biased point of view.

Drafting your starting QB in the 7th round of the draft is a technique straight out of the "DJ_Stouty Guide to Fantasy Football".
Great job!

I could've waited until the 9th, and in fact Im pissed I didn't. The guy picking #1 picked Jay Cutler at 9.1 as his first QB and there were still some other guys out there.

looks really solid so far...how many teams are in the league? James worries me a little even as a second RB unless they can work out a way to get Faneca.

12 team league Fent. I don't play in leagues with less than 12. Too much talent in 10 teamers and less, and so not as much skill required to win.

Pretty good team you've assembled thus far. Your receivers might be your weak link but I do like the Henderson pick up. With Horn gone, he's a sleeper this year.
