I'm pretty sure they're wearing the same unis they wore back when they wore those helmets: yellow pants and burgundy or white jerseys.
As to where I saw them, I do some freelance stuff out at Redskins Park and saw them sitting in an office a few months ago. Was pretty cool!

Joe Washington would have his helmets made by Kelley helmets, which were a clear shell helmet that would be painted from the inside. I thought that he continued to wear his 1981 helmet for the fact that it was special made for him, and he never changed the logo from 1981. And that year he was the leading receiver for the SKINS with 71 receptions.
Maybe he never switched because of superstitions.
