I love people that step up, motivate their peers, and back their words with action. Now, go out there and crush the Eagles!

Wow, now THAT is a leader. IMO, that term is used too much in sports as it takes a very special person to be a leader among peers, but that is a leader.

Thats encouraging. And sorta revealing as to why we've not been as good since Gibbs's been back other than the 2nd year. When Gibbs was here the 1st go around we had leaders like that all over the place but now and I'm guessing free agency has something to do with it we've not had that sorta leadership because of the turnover and guys reluctance to speak up coming from different places.

Thats like the best story I have read about any team this year. I am glad its about ours. We really are blessed to have such a good guy here. Hopefully the younger guys use him as a role model. I know Rocky will be raised to inspire and lead in due time.

It's good to hear that SMoss and our other stars have some sort of Sheriff to keep guys in line. The goal should be Super Bowl for this team, not role call while making millions. It seems this team finally has grown up even with Lloyd on the squad.

On a side note, Sellers is my favorite Redskin. Next to him being Bugel and GWilliams.
