since our skins are out, i think i'm going with the colts or the jags, prolly the jags. I really like the way the team is built, no "super" stars, just "tough in the trenches" football. there a gritty team, and i like that.

My fav AFC team has always been the Pats (from way back), so I'm rooting for them.

I dunno. Their corner is a really dirty player (#25 on the jags), he was getting away with neckholds, pins and leg locks... like he was wrestling or something and he was always playing innocent and smiling. I don't think I can root for a chump like that.
I think I'm going to root for the packers, because I really hate the seahawks and their fans and they have a chance to beat dallas after dallas picks up on the scraps from the bucs-giants game. I wouldn't call this bandwagon jumping though, I'm not abandoning my 'skins fandom

To be honest when the skins are out of it my desire to closely follow the playoffs wanes considerably. In the NFC there's no way I'm pulling for the NYG, Cowboys or Seahawks, I guess I'll have to pull for GB even though I have my doubts they'll make it. In the AFC it would probably be the Jaguars, Garrard is from ECU and I was born in Greenville, NC so that's my reasoning for pulling for the Jags. F the boys and the pats, if thats the SB I might not even watch it...unless it's to watch the Pats clobber 'em.

Exactly, although I'm rooting for whoever's playing the Pats first, and whoever's playing the 'turds second.

Im firmly on the offseason bandwagon. I cant wait for it to get here.
Although the meteors bandwagon sounds like a pretty good idea. I would add one to Boston as well because the Celtics make me wanna puke.

Trying to rank those two teams in hatred terms is like trying to rank a sewer and a latrine in (censored)ty smell terms.

I'm just looking for some good football. I'm hoping for a Pats/Colts showdown for a Super Bowl berth, and I'm hoping for a Dallas Cowboys loss before the Super Bowl. Other than that, I don't really care.

Same here. Love the way the Jags play (big bodies, run you down, wear you down), and I'd just love to see Favre take it to the house one more time.
