Good stuff, I think the bail would have been prohibitively expensive anyways and with all the ratting out of each other that is about to go on, just a temporary ticket to freedom. It'd be like enjoying the train ride from purgatory to hell.

Why would the Judge even consider it ? I mean these "kids" broke into Seans house and shot and killed him in front of his GF and daughter. The only bars these "kids" are going to see are about 1 inch around.

It never will end. We have the trial coming up in August. Then every few years they'll come up for parole and we'll hear about it. If the shooter gets the death penalty, we'll hear about the appeals process before he's put down.
