JC stepped up today....
i will admit that after the 3rd qtr, i was starting to turn on him. the one play that turned it around was the scramble that he threw to ARE in the 4th IMO.
the kid stepped up big today. who knows whats to come, but all of you haters....EAT CROW...

He is really an all or nothing guy. Some plays he looks like he's playing his first NFL game and staring down WRs, then on others he's audibling at the line and throwing 60 yards bombs. I was surprised it too Zorn so long to attack their backup corners.
I guess this is to be expected playing in a new offense, but it sure is frustrating.

Consdering how much BETTER the O-Line played today you can see how it is easier for JC to step up and make a few plays.....

I agree. JC is a very good QB when he actually has time to throw (like any other respectable NFL QB).

what a throw, right after being sacked. JC's coming out of this one with a little bit of confidence and hopefully he can continue this type of play...

which is why i still think that the true WCO plays against his strengths.. too many crossing routes.
that play was most certainly not a crossing route and JC put it right on cooley's hands in the middle of the defense

Im not gonna eat crow but he definitely did step up this game. Its not his talent that is in question but consistancy. Lets see what happens against a healthy secondary

no disrespect here shally....but its just football. i dont think the whole "prototype" QB applies. he made the throws that he had to and even called the audible in protection that won the game....
