Big big win for MD. Too late to salvage the season, but it's a nice win nonetheless.

What a pathetic game for my Tar Heels. Virginia should try to schedule UNC 3 times a year.
Congrats to dj/rskinsfan.

Eh, Al Groh coached one year and left the Jets with a 9-7 record. He could have easily stayed and built on that but coaching for his alma mater was his calling. I wouldn't call him "failed"; especally considering his success as a coordinator.

Thanks....although any win is nice, this will give Al a little more leash. I want the guy fired and beating a top 25 team isnt helping. lol

UNC is definitely not a top 25 team right now. Not after these past two weeks. Our OC is horrible. Damn, that sounds familiar.

The caines held on, was wondering how they would play after that lost to tech. As far as the sooners the big 12 is all they can hope for now. My step dad is a big time F.S.U. fan he wants to know what the hell is going on with them ? Thoughts ?

I cant believe we lost to WF, Wilson picked a bad game to end his streak and throw 2 picks. We have to beat the WF's of the ACC, especially this years team...but like our skins, State finds ways to lose too and/or underperform. Even my Braves, while improved, missed the playoffs again...My fandom is frustrating lol.

ACC football takes a bashing in the national media, but you have to admit that the games are entertaining. Who the heck knows what is going to happen in a conference game. I didn't think my Terps had a snowball chance in Hades against Clemson and as bad as MD has been playing I thought UVA was an even worse team. Going on the road and beating UNC? NC State looked like a pretty good team, then they get beat by Wake. ACC football is crazy.

It is crazy; but I guess that is what makes it appealing. I never thought UVA could hold UNC to 3 points last weekend. NEVER. Just odd how a team steps up at certain points of the season and then doesn't show up at other points of the season.
Although I gave up my season tix this year; I am headed out to Homecoming next week against Indiana. Should be a good matchup between both squads.

In defense of UNC, we have had horrible luck with our OL this year. I think we're starting 4 guys right now that were thought to be 2nd or 3rd stringers this year. We can't run nor pass right now. Sounds like I've heard this song before.

I am a BIG FSU...as my dad was a fan of BB since he was a QB, tells you how my dad is...The trustees want BB to retire at the end of the year.

It'd be nice to cheer for a team that is good every now and then wouldn't it? I wonder what it feels like

It was a fun time in C'ville yesterday. This fanbase dearly needed a whoop-arse win and they got one.
Pushing Vic Hall out to slot receiver seemed to work well. I woudln't mind seeing him line up out there with the defense continually wondering if he will motion into the backfield for a wildcat offense. Lots of options for the Hoos.
