Start Colt Brennan
Alright guys I know I am going to recieve alot of negative comments on this. Colt Brennan should be our franchise quarterback, he fits Zorns system better because he is more accurate with short & intermediate throws. Colt also shows more fire & leadership....I know you say Colt has never stepped foot in the situation as a starter but hear me out, Colt at hawaii was a Leader who took no crap from anyone....Jason at Auburn was not the leader because Cadillac & Ronnie were the team leaders. And my last case ( Colt Never Hesitates to throw the ball & Colt never locks down on one reciever). Oh and Atlanta gave thier QB a chance, The Ravens also.....& Colt is more accurate than both, he just lacks the arm strength that both quarterbacks have. HTTR...YourThoughts.

Yep, just lacks arms strength, any experience running anything close to an NFL style offense or the ability to recognize what throws he shouldn't try. And yes, Brennan does lock down on his WRs. Also, the problem with Zorn's offense was that everyone knew the throws would be short/medium, so they could bump Moss/ARE easily. You need a QB who can throw it deep or defenses will continue to do the same. At least with Campbell, there's a threat of a deep ball.
If Colt Brennan is our starter next year, I'd be shocked if we won more than 2 games. He's not an NFL Qb.

Who cares if he fits Zorn's system better? Zorn won't be here in 2 years anyways...

Colt Brennan is about as likely to win NFL games as I am.

I have a better idea...
How about we sign Timmy Chang and let him and Colt Brennan play in the backfield at the same time in a hybrid Wildcat-slash-Spread scheme! I'd call it "Hawaii-5-OhNo".
Get workin on it, Vinny!

Nothing personal intended here, but I sincerely hope that every person that starts a "Start Colt" thread here, on JLCs blog and Redskins fan sites in general contracts a gangrenous penis (or nipple) during pre-season of the up-coming year.

Maybe Hawaii should apply for an expansion team and give him a shot there.
