What Position Will Vinny Draft?
What position will Vinny cerrato draft at his #13 pick? Will he go for the best player available - regardless of position? Finally, what do you think we should go for if you were GM?

Even Vinny knows we need to replace our OT - Jason is broken down. With this choice we get a player to start and protect JC.
Of course, Vinny picked poorly last season in the draft [so far] so there's no guarantees he won't pick someone already hurt, dumb or only on his chart.

As painful as it is to speculate on the inner workings of such an infantile mind, I came up with OLB. It's a sexy pick that could make an immediate impact on a defense that uses it's LBs to get sacks, tackles and other solid stats that would then be used a year from now when he has to defend his decision to ignore the OLine for the 7th(?) straight year.

tackle by a slight hair over LB because there WILL be tackles available and there may not be a suitable LB available

He's either blowing the first rounder on a safety, cornerback or a tight end. And they won't be the best player available, you can bank on it.

I think he'll take the best OT or LB on the board. He's always stressed best player available, but he has to narrow it down to two positions where we still need a starter.
I won't be surprised if we trade down either for 15 seventh round picks.

The Redskins in the Snyder era have never drafted toward the DL or OL. It will be interesting to see if they work to build the team from the trenches with the meager number of draft picks for this season.

BPA - Because that will pizz me off the most........... (since they always do that and they never turn out to be that great)
EDIT: If I was GM for a day, I'd go O-Line..... same thing I wanted to go LAST year.........

I'll pick on the day Vinny starts prepping for the draft. So, not until March 27th.

I'm surprised no one thinks we may go for a DE. Only Vinny could think that players over 35 might NOT need a backup........

Why isn't Tony Danza an option in the poll?

They *never* draft BPA. Vinny doesn't even know the acronym exists, lol. Also, the term "value pick" is absent from the FO lexicon.
If they weren't so consistently blinded by position when drafting, we wouldn't have 2 WR and 1 TE from last year's 2nd round, Justin Tryon would not have been drafted where he was and we would have taken a flier on Erin Henderson with one of our 6th or 7th round picks (maybe the one we used for the idiot punter, lol).

Touche, lol. That still leaves Daunke' Puhnsch at a position that Vinny will consider.

Pitcher in the first and a goalkeeper in the latter rounds.
