2009 PG County 10U Baseball Champs!!

I've been unusually quiet this season talking about my baseball team, due in large part to the fact that I didn't want to jinx them(us). Well, as some already know via Facebook, my team finished the season 15-0 and won the PG County Boys and Girls Club 10 & Under Championship last night.

Rajaun finished the season hitting .803 with 7 HR, 11 Triples and 21 Doubles. He hit a double last night that scored two runs that ended the game.

Three all-star tournaments to go, then it's on to football....

Congrats and your boy's numbers are incredible! Does he bat lefty?

You are truly blessed and I know you deserve it. I didn't think your smile could get bigger but you must be so proud. We haven't talked in a while and I would love to get your take on some things, youth sports coaching related. PM me.

Congratulations once again Kenny!!! What a huge season for you and the kids.

(I understand the whole "jinx" thing, since we also had a perfect season. We almost lost a playoff game in double over time. We attribute this nightmare to Parker being told by the Coach (not Hubbo) that he couldn't wear his striped socks-because Coach wanted the kids to all look the same during the playoffs. Parker wore them every other game. Rest assured he was wearing them when we won the Championship )

Taking a break this year from coaching gotta spend more time w the fam...you know how it is...looking forward to it though....
