I'd say, at this point in time, you can't even compare the two. Polamalu has had many game changing/winning plays in his career, including in the SB. As far as Landry goes, I don't think we've really seen what he can really do. He's been stuck on the back line protecting against the long ball. Frankly, I don't think the Skins have used him to his strengths. If Taylor didn't pass then we would have seen exactly what Landry can do.

Well, when Landry's always 50 yards downfield, it's kind of hard to see what he's doing.
Now, if we were talking about ST, there'd be no discussion.

I love Landry and he has the potential to be better, but right now Polamalu is much better. The skins should use Landry like the Steelers use Troy.

I wish. Right now there's no comparison because the Redskins don't use him to his strengths. I guess you could say Landry is effective in the fact that nobody really tests him, but he doesn't make many big plays. I'd love for us to use him the way Pitt uses Polamalu.

Our big play guys need to make repeated big plays throughout a season. They don't and we remain an average team.

It would be nice if Blache lined up Landry in the same congressional district as the rest of the defense.

Exactly. Landry is doing the job the Redskins are asking him to.
