Spurs - Citeh coming up in a couple minutes. We've been good our last couple trips up ther, so hopefully we avoid another 5-1 drubbing. Just looking for a good showing and a point or three to take back with us.

Totti should have kicked him harder...and in the temple.

Balotelli shouldn't have even been on the field to win that penalty. Bale and Defoe should have scored right before that. Really disappointing.

Why is it news that Liverpool have a sect of racist fans? Those are the same people that booed John Barnes. Is tomorrow's headline going to be that Lazio, Feynoord and Merseille have racist fans?

A man has been charged after a football match between Everton and Manchester City was halted when a supporter handcuffed himself to a goalpost.

Maybe they should try that with David de Gea...

I'd like to say a special thank you to Zlatan Ibrahimovic for getting a red+3 game suspension right when Milan is about to play Juve and Udinese in the next 3 league matches...

The game ended two hours ago and I'm still drained. I think I was on my feet from the moment Rooney scored the first penalty and was jumping up and down when Hernandez netted the third. EPIC game but good lord I always thought I overstated what Vidic means to Man Utd but I may have been doing the opposite. Zero defensive organization without him and to a lesser extent Van Der Sar. Dissapointed with dropping points as I think we just about deserved all three (even with the dodgy penalty Cahill should have been off in the first half) but what can you do.
There is nothing in world football that compares to these EPL games.

I didn't see the game, but I saw Howard Webb was the ref, so the result made sense.
I think what we're seeing also is that, with CL spots so wide open. More teams are playing to win, when a draw would've sufficed. It's raised the stakes as there are two CL spots up for grabs and 4 teams chasing them (5 if you count Newcastle). I think the run in is going to be intense.

Should be a great Spurs/Liverpool game today.
Suarez returns...so its likely we will see Gerrard, Carroll and Suarez all on the same pitch. In the past, all three have played together less than 70 total minutes. Its about time we got that trio working together...

Chelsea really missed Martin Atkinson in their lineup.
In all seriousness Webb made mistakes on both ends and both teams had lucky bounces. Chelsea have nobody to blame but themselves.

Suarez doing his best to get suspended for Old Trafford.
Not sure what the point of a yellow card is in that situation if the ref deems it deliberate he's off and if it's accidental it's nothing.

I believe it. I'm never going to defend Chelsea for anything.
Good result today. Great defense today. Adebayor makes more dribbles off the inside of his knees than I've ever seen. He's been real clumsy with the ball. I wish Bale would stop flopping. I know he gets clipped a lot, but if not the yellow for the push on Ager, he should have gotten one for the dive. Plus, he needed to finish that chance.
